General
- Your website linked to must relate to the travel industry.
Image, Text and your Website
- The text provided and your website must be written in English or have an English translation option. The text you provide us with must be consistent with the content of your website.
- No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and we decide what is appropriate for the website. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative.
- We are under no obligation to make any changes requested by you to the image, text or link once submitted and posted on our website. Changes may be agreed at our discretion with exceptions being if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your image/link, eg. your website no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc. Please notify us at your earliest convenience any changes that must be made and make us aware of the reasoning.
- You will be notified if your advertisement is unacceptable and any monies paid will be refunded.
- Images submitted should be in JPEG format. Please make them a reasonable file size. We can adjust the size of the image to fit the advertising space you have purchased. Please be aware that a lot of detail is lost when a logo or image is reduced in size so make them as simple yet as eye catching as possible!
- Animated images are not allowed.
- Links must be to web pages only and begin with ‘http://'
- You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website that you submit.
Payment and Refunds
- Funds must be received in full and cleared before your position is reserved on the homepage.
- No refunds are provided once your image, text and link are accepted and posted on the Luxury Travel Homepage website.
- You may choose to have your Advertisement removed from the homepage. Should you do so, you will not be entitled to a refund and your space will become available to other advertisers.
Ownership
- When you 'buy' a block you will not 'own' any part of the Luxury Travel Homepage website. Your purchase grants you the right to submit an image, text and link. This will then be posted on the homepage in the space you have requested and will also appear in the categories section under the relevant travel category.
Availability and Duration Of Listing
- The Luxury Travel Homepage website will be online until after the end of the last contracted expiry date.
- The contract period starts on the day your image, text and website link appear on the homepage and runs on an annual contract. You will be advised of this date to keep on file for your records.
- You will be notified of your upcoming contract expiry 4 weeks prior to the date of renewal. At this point you have the option of continuing the advertisement at the standard annual charge or removing your listing from the website.
- There may be occasional downtime for site maintenance but this will be kept to a minimum.
Ongoing Requirements
- The homepage will be continually monitored and any Advertisement not complying with our terms and conditions will be removed. Sites that are consistently unavailable may be removed. In these cases, no refund will be given.
Site Development
- We reserve the right at any time to make alterations to the Luxury Travel Homepage website. Any such changes will not affect the positioning of your image on the homepage.
